Bengaluru: Two persons were arrested by the CCB Police in the City for trying to sell two Saligrama stones for Rs. 2 Crore.
The arrested have been identified as Manoj and Aditya Sagar, both residents of Maharashtra.
The stones had been got from the Gomati River in Gujarat. The duo were arrested from a private hotel where they were trying to con potential buyers stating that the stones had divine powers through displaying tricks.
The CCB police conducted a raid, also seized stones apart from arresting the duo.
