Chikkamagaluru: Protest against messy state of hospital | Azad Times

Chikkamagaluru: The District Congress Party staged a protest in front of the Veterinary Hospital in Chikkamagaluru after seeing the mess in the Veterinary Hospital.

Addressing the protest, Congress District President Dr. Anshumanth said that all the Office-bearers of the District Congress and Block Congress Party are fighting today against the problems being faced by the common people of Chikkamagaluru farmers. The Veterinary Hospital in the District is not fit for the use of people and they have been trying to draw the attention of concerned Department officials but to no avail.

There is no proper building in the Veterinary Hospital, the animals are being treated in a car shed. The farmers are struggling to get their animals treated. The Officials of the Department are saying that the contractor is responsible for the past three years’ mess.

“The MLAs of the Constituency have forgotten their responsibilities and are behaving irresponsibly, the real issues are being hidden. The Congress party has raised its voice on behalf of the public, every citizen of the constituency will be taught a lesson in the next elections,” he said.
