Dharawad: “There is a lot of opportunity in Hubballi-Dharawad. It is a special hub and a Railway Station is named after Siddharoodha Swamiji. This is the place where many achievers of literature, music and so on. That development is also taking place under Smart Cities,” said Union Minister Piyush Goyal.

Speaking at the BJP’s Manifesto Meeting in the City, he said, “In this meeting, a good manifesto will be prepared after taking the advice of all of you. The development by a double engine Government is progressing at a rapid pace,” he said.

“The Central Government is moving ahead using newer technology. Already changes are being brought about in all areas. This time, a full majority Government should be brought in,” he said.

“Prime Minister Narendra Modi is not a helpless Prime Minister, 45 Crore people in the country have Jan Dhan accounts. Financial transactions are taking place through UPI. 80 Crore people have smartphones. Roads, water, and biometric markings are becoming ration cards today,” he added.
