Dharawad: Chief Minister Basavaraj Bommai said that there is a big difference between when Rahul Gandhi came last time and this time. Promises made in Rajasthan, Chhattisgarh and other places have not been fulfilled. The Congress is trying to fool the people. The Congress is not a guarantee card, it is a visiting card, there are a lot of charges against Siddaramaiah and the Lokayukta has also been complained about,” he said.
