Dharwad: A water board employee climbed a mobile tower at Jubilee Circle in Dharawad and staged a protest in a unique way demanding the release of pending salaries of the employees and their reinstatement.

Water board employees have been protesting in front of the Corporation for the past few days. Today, suddenly an employee climbed a mobile tower and staged a protest.

At Jubilee Circle, other employees of the Water Board also staged a protest against the Corporation and Mayor Eresh Anchatageri.

Firefighters and Police visited the spot and persuaded the water board employee, who had climbed the tower, to get down.
