Hassan: A labourer was seriously injured when a cylinder exploded in a bakery in Hassan. In an inhuman incident, the owner of the bakery is getting him treated at the government district hospital in the city, without the courtesy.
Hailing from Sakleshpur, Abhi is a seriously injured youth who is an orphan without any parents. He had taken shelter in a children’s home for boys on Harsha Mahal Road in the city for the past eight years and on the advice of his friends, he was working in a bakery owned by Pratap Gowda, a resident of Belur Haltore in Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, two months ago.

Morning when the door of the bakery was opened as usual, at the same time the cylinder exploded, he was immediately admitted to a hospital with the help of the public in the neighbouring shop and with the help of the public, later Prathap Gowda came to the hospital and gave him Rs 5,000 and asked him to return home.

The seriously injured travelled in a bus with a friend and reached Hassan after which the friends from Hassan realised the situation and admitted them to the district hospital in the city.

The injured said that the owner, Pratap Gowda has not yet come to see him, nor payed his salary for the past two months, and demanded that the police department take immediate action against him and pay him compensation in addition to his salary.
