Kodagu: Hours after mauling an 18-year-old youth to death in K Badaga village of Ponnampet Taluk, an elusive tiger killed another person in the same area.
The deceased has been identified as Ajjanna (75) a resident of Churikadu.
According to sources around 7.30 am, when Ajjanna was coming out of his line house for a day’s work, he was attacked by the tiger.
Tension gripped the District following these two deaths due to the tiger.
Meanwhile, local MLA K. G. Bopaiah informed that he is meeting Chief Minister Basavaraj Bommai seeking directions to kill this man-eating tiger.
