Kundapur: Demand for removal of dangerous tree | Azad Times

Kundapur: Huge Acacia trees are standing on the side of the main road connecting Kattinamakki-Aluru under Aluru Gram Panchayat and are leaning on the road, which has become a problem for motorists. The public has demanded to clear the trees leaning on the road.

Every day, hundreds of vehicles ply on the Aluru-Kattinamakki main road, which connects the Sri Kshetra Maranakatte passing through the Mookambika Sanctuary.

There are huge Acacia trees leaning on the road for about half a km along the Aluru-Kattinamakki Chuttikodlu Road. They are on the verge of falling down at any moment due to rain and wind. It is the demand of the citizens that the concerned department should take steps to clear the trees standing on the road as soon as possible.
