Mangaluru: Jewellery murder case, CCTV reveals accused’s identity | Azad Times

Mangaluru: The Police has got the identity of the accused in connection with the incident in which a miscreant barged into a jewellery showroom on Balmazta Road under Mangaluru City North Police Station limits on Ftidau February 3 and killed a staff member.

The accused, posing as a customer buying gold, stabbed Raghavendra Achar, a staff member of the jewellery shop, to death with a knife and fled.

Now, his photograph has been found in the visuals recorded in the local CCTVs and if information is found about the person, it has been requested to inform the mobile phone number of the following officer under the jurisdiction of Mangaluru Commissionerate.

The details of the informers will be kept confidential, a police release stated.
