Dharwad: A program was organized at the Government Model Experimental Primary School near Alur Venkata Rao Circle in celebration of Sri Krishna Janmashtami. The event saw participation from children and parents belonging to different religious backgrounds.
Members of the Muslim community joined in the Sri Krishna Janmashtami festivities held at a government school. Notably, this school enrolls 320 girls from grades 1 to 8, with 60 percent of them being from the Muslim community. During the event, Muslim students adorned the roles of Krishna and Radha, with parents also taking part in the celebrations of Sri Krishna Janmashtami.
