Tumakuru: Celebrations as KN Rajanna becomes Minister | Azad Times

Tumakuru: Valmiki community leaders under the leadership of Karnataka Valmiki Sena State President Kuppuru Sreedharanayak lit firecrackers and distributed sweets in the Town Hall Circle in the wake of Sahakhari leader, DCC Bank Chairman and Madhugiri MLA K.N. Rajanna taking oath as Minister.

Speaking on this occasion, he said that our leader Rajanna took oath in the name of Srivalmiki Maharishi along with the names of Buddha, Basava, Ambedkar,and it has made us extremely happy. Rajanna is the only legislator in the whole country who has taken oath in the name of Adi Kavi Maharshi Valmiki, he added.

Siddaramaiah, who is the Chief Minister, when he came to the election campaign had promised that this time he would win and make Rajanna as a Minister. Thus social justice has been given to the community.

The Valmiki community congratulates Chief Minister Siddaramaiah and all the Cabinet members for this.

Rajanna said that it is our wish that the Valmiki community will grow further in the coming days.
