Tumakuru: HAL unit launch, Rajnath Singh to accompany PM | Azad Times

Tumakuru: Defence Minister Rajnath Singh will accompany Prime Minister Narendra Modi to launch Asia’s largest helicopter manufacturing facility on Monday February 6.

The facility, which is also a new greenfield helicopter factory will be dedicated to the nation by PM Modi after he arrives in the District at around 3.30 pm.

“PM Shri @narendramodi will dedicate to the nation the HAL helicopter factory at Tumakuru in Karanataka today. It is a dedicated new greenfield helicopter factory which will enhance India’s capacity & ecosystem to build helicopters. Leaving for Karnataka to attend the ceremony,” tweeted Singh.
