Tumakuru: Tahasildar inspects spot for checkpost | Azad Times

Tumakuru: Tahasildar Munishami Reddy inspected the site to set up a checkpost in Koratagere Assembly Constituency limits in view of the preparations for the elections.

In the wake of the declaration of the model Code of Conduct for the Assembly general elections, a place was identified for checkposts to provide police surveillance within the limits of Koratagere Assembly Constituency.

A total of five major checkposts will be set up in the Constituency and a suitable site inspection of the checkpost will be held at Hanumanthagiri, Tovinakere, Polenahalli, Katanahalli near Kolala Cross, and Byrenahalli Cross to provide security for transparent conduct of elections.
